Now to work on quitting smoking. I’m not a chain smoker but that’s just me minimizing. I really need to save myself AND the environment. I’ll update you when that day comes. I’m cutting down alcohol intake to help get rid of my fat gut so I’m sure the smoking will stop with it. Wish me luck!

My dad was a chain smoker. We can’t even believe it’s been a year and 2 weeks since he stopped. He did it, so can you. Good luck! :)
My dad also quit smoking, alcohol, everything! He was sober for many years before he passed away. Maybe I can use him as inspiration :)
