After our family booked for Singapore, MTV Asia invited me to come over once again – this time for a live screening of the 2011 Video Music Awards and it fell on my last day there! Perfect!

The VMAs ended around lunch time so mom and I met up with the rest of the family to go around shopping and to kill time before our 755PM flight home!

I got to go to H&M because I was there from the 2nd to the 6th. I went on the 5th and the line was still craaaazy long but it moved so I got in around dinnertime. The store was glorious but it wasn’t worth all the queuing in the fitting rooms IMO so I just grabbed bags and shoes and accessories. I got a lot of stuff for less than $200 already and I was pretty happy but it really is better to go when you have the right mind and pace to shop rather than bumping into everyone and getting squished.

agreed. i also bought stuff that need not to be fitted inside the fitting room. my h&m hk experience was way more peaceful but i was happier with the stuff i bought here in sg sans the long queue. ;)
